6-Pak Salmon
  • Make a tray out of aluminum foil, fold up the sides
  • Remove skin from fish fillet and lay in tray
  • Cover in diced onions
  • A couple of chunks of Butter
  • A couple slices of Lemon
  • Sprinkle with Caraway Seeds
  • Pour 1 to 2 Cans of Beer over the top to cover the fish
  • Place on Grill and close the cover
  • Drink the Rest of the 6-Pack of Beer and the Fish should be Done
  • If you drink slow check to see when fish are white and flaky
  • It will work in the oven at 375 degrees
Clamdigger
  • In a tall glass with Ice, add
  • 1 Healthy Splash of vodka
  • A couple of dashes of Worcestershire Sauce
  • A dash of Horseradish
  • A couple drops of Lemon Juice or a slice of Lemon
  • Fill Glass with Clamato Juice
  • Shake on Pepper and Celery Salt on top
  • Add Olive, Pickle, and or Celery
  • Optional Dash of Tabasco
Italian Grilled Rainbow Fish
  • Wrap this in aluminum foil and place on the grill
  • Use a skinned fillet or two
  • Add sliced Green & Red Peppers
  • Enough to cover the fish
  • Add One small sliced onion
  • A couple shakes of Salt
  • A optional diced carrot
  • Pour on enough Italian dressing to keep the fish moist while cooking, add some if the fish are getting dry before they flake apart when done.
Grilled Salmon or Trout
  • Use either a whole fish or fillet
  • Put contents inside the whole fish or on top of a fillet with the skin on
  • Add plenty of butter chunks
  • A couple slices of lemon or spoon full of lemon juice
  • Lightly salt and pepper to taste
  • Add some fresh parsley
  • Wrap tightly in aluminum foil and place on a medium grill or in the oven at 375 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes on each side.
  • Optional slices of onion and some garlic or garlic salt could be added to this one.
Fish Boil
  • In a large pot (10 qt size) add 8 qts water and add salt  until water is cloudy and bring to a boil.
  • Add 3 lbs small red potatoes and cook for 20 minutes until tender, add 4 lbs of chunked fish and 2 lbs of small onions
  • Boil for about 15 minutes and spoon off the oil from the top of the water before removing and straining the contents of the pot serve with melted butter.
  • Try a dash of caraway and dill in the water.
Baked Fish
  • Use a glass pan and a skinned fillet
  • Add some oil to the pan
  • With about 2 lbs of fish
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 tbs of lemon juice
  • 1/4 cut of melted butter
  • 1 tbs of grated onion or a dash of onion salt
  • Place in oven at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes
  • Until the fish flakes easily with a fork
